Before Purchase 

From Us to You (Processing Time)

• Once a purchase is made you agree to the terms and conditions stated here: All Units are NOT eligible for return.
• Once your payment is received and your identification is verified it will take 5-7 business days to arrive to The Heir Capsule.
• Once your order has been customized (if you requested it) then it will take 2-3 business days to ship to your destination.
• If your Identification doesn't match or your shipping and billing doesn't match your order will be cancelled immediately.

• After Any Order has left the facility it is your responsibility to purchase insurance and keep tracking your item.
